Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience in credit, risk management, commercial banking, fintech lending, microfinance, or a related financial services environment. Professional certification in Credit, Risk Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
