Rural Infrastructure Specialist - RIS (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme)

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) through its
Federal Department of Development Partners Projects invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of: Rural Infrastructure Specialist - RIS (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme). The position is located in Wuse 2, Abuja. The programme is aimed at improving incomes, food security and climate resilience among smallholder farmers and other value chain actors in nine Northern states. Interested candidates should possess at least a Master's or higher-level university Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, active membership in a recognized professional engineering body (the Engineers Registration Board of Nigeria, or equivalent) with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in design and supervision of infrastructure projects.
