Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist - MES (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme)

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) through its
Federal Department of Development Partners Projects invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist - MES (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme). The position is located in Wuse 2, Abuja. The programme is aimed at improving incomes, food security and climate resilience among smallholder farmers and other value chain actors in nine Northern states. Interested candidates should possess a Master's or higher-level university Degree in Statistics, Demographics, Public Policy, International Development, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience including seven (7) years in a similar role implementing M&E activities in internationally funded agricultural development projects, preferably with IFAD, World Bank, AfDB, or similar multilateral development organizations.
