National Programme Coordinator (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme)

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) through its
Federal Department of Development Partners Projects invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of: National Programme Coordinator (Value Chain for Northern Nigeria Programme). The position is located in Wuse 2, Abuja. The programme is aimed at improving incomes, food security and climate resilience among smallholder farmers and other value chain actors in nine Northern states. Interested candidates should possess a minimum of Master's or higher-level University Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or other relevant discipline with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, of which seven (7) years experience is in project management or agriculture-related management positions of internationally funded agricultural development projects. Active membership in a recognized professional project management, management, or agricultural body (PMP, CMI, NIM, NIPM, CIPM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
